How to Get Attention

 

As I’m sure you know this week we are focusing on Naomi Saunders property marketing results of the past 12 weeks. Naomi signed up for our courses in late June and here we are looking at her progress to date.

On Monday we looked at the fact that she has doubled her website traffic and you can see those details here.

During Tuesday we looked at the amazing search ranking results that she has built in just 3 months.

Since starting the B+4G courses in the middle of June Naomi’s Google Plus page and it’s posts have been viewed

1 million times.

That’s not a typo, that’s one million times. In 12 weeks.

But that’s just the Google Plus stuff.

We also taught Naomi to post her articles to Pinterest (on the click of a button).
Furthermore we taught her to post to her Facebook page (on autopilot).
Naomi also has set up a Twitter account for her property and this too get fed automatically.

 

 


A lot of people are seeing Noami’s content.

In fact more people are seeing Naomi’s content than yours – No matter who you are, what your property is like or where you are advertising.

The social marketing takeaway

Take a few minutes to have a look at Naomi’s property page on Google plus. She’s producing lovely bite size chunks of information about the things to see and do in, and around, her location. Every mini post is branded and contains a direct link back to her website. Every mini advert is optimised for social media and looks great on a laptop, tablet or smartphone.

People plus, pin, like, and tweet these posts. People comment, share and engage with these posts.

These people are potential guests.

These days we have to focus our marketing efforts on where our market is and like it or not our market spend a lot of their time on social media. That woman that you just passed at the bus stop, playing with her smartphone, she’s on social media right now. That man in the queue behind you at the checkout, he’s checking a social media account right now.

If you add up the people who use G+, Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter you get over 2 billion users.
